Hi ,
We r from south india we r non-veg too. we r calling some american guests. folks who had experience with american guests, can u plz help me what dishes i should prp so that we all can enjoy, and what care should i take in prp, and setting a dining table.

Kiran,
As a north american I would be most impressed if you shared some of your culture and cuisine with me. I would like to try the dishes of your homeland. You shoud create some Indian delights so share with your guests and show them how your family shares the dinig table. They have good and broad taste in company so they should have curiosities about food too! You may want to keep with spices on the milder (not too hot) side until you know thier tolerances.
