Does any body know fail proof rasmalai? I want to know right from the scratch.

i followed a so-called great recipe from sanjeevkapoor.com. i was left with just the ras.. no malai. it just dissolved. not worth the effort. you're better off buying from the store. u get a haldiram's tin for $2.99

Hi i tried this one a few times and it hasn't failed me so far.
1 cup milk powder
1 egg
1 tbsp maida
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp oil
4 cups milk
sugar to taste
1/2 tsp elaichi (cardamom) pdr.
8 to 10 pistachioss
8 to 10 Almonds
Its really easy now all u have to do is mix the milk powder ,egg, baking powder ,flour ,oil while ur doing this you should have the 4 cups of milk in a havey based pot and the suger slowly boiling away. and from the mixture make small flat circles and start puting them in to the milk.when the become double the size take them of the heat and chill and decorate with the choped up nuts.
Tip : If the mixture is too sticky rub alittle milk on your hands and then roll.
