I am looking for the recipe of the mustard sauce that is served with vindaloo dishes in kerala, especially pork vindaloo. Someone told me it is made with mustard seeds without skin and drumstick tree bark. Does anyone happen to know it?? |

Vindaloo is a Goan dish. Only item which kind of resembles sauce in Kerala dishes is Pachadi where you grind mustard jeera coconut & green chilli and add it to the curd
