can someone tell me the secret to mango custard? when i have this in a restaurant it is very thick, when i make it at home the custard is very thick but by the time i serve it it becomes very watery. i have tried everything, even that custard powder that is sold in indian grocery stores. |

send me the recipes you have used and i can give them to a friend of mine and he can probably tell you what to do to improve upon this...if you already have an answer, please send to me as i would like to try this mango custard!!!
