soak chana daal overnight. make course paste adding some yogurt. add crushed green mirch,garlic and ginger. add salt, sugar and lemon juice. mix everything together. cook the way u would cook dhokla. when cooled crumble the dhokla. heat oil add seeds and fresh garlic, then add crumbled dhokla. Once cooled add anaar seeds, fresh dhaniya and sev. Enjoy :-)
