Dear friends:

I am a fan of carnatic music though I do not knowmuch about ragas etc.
I came across an old cassette named "ththvams" in telugu, sung by DR BMK. Some
of the verses in this song were so enticing, that I am looking to know their
meaning abd who composed it. One stanza starts like this "vastha vachithi,
pOthaa vachithe ..............." etc; it also says "manikkam sEthikichinaa
maatelaadathu raama silaka...."

If someone can give some info on these songs, I will be grateful.

Could you check if they carry Badrachalam Ramadas's mudra? badrAdri,badragiri etc .I remember vaguely that there is a set of compositions of Ramadas that are referred to as tatvams.

Unfortunaetly, there are no identifiying "mudras" in the song !
